Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. This role requires a solid understanding of HVAC components, ductwork, and system layout, along with the ability to deliver high-quality workmanship under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems including ductwork, vents, furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.
• Read and interpret blueprints, job specifications, and installation manuals to determine system layout and installation procedures.
• Ensure installations are completed in compliance with local codes, company standards, and manufacturer requirements.
• Test systems for proper operation and make necessary adjustments.
• Collaborate with project managers and other trades to coordinate installation schedules.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site throughout the installation process.
• Provide basic customer education on system operation after installation.
• Load and unload materials and equipment for each job site as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in HVAC system installation in residential or commercial environments.
• Strong understanding of HVAC equipment, tools, and best installation practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.
• Capable of working in confined spaces, rooftops, and various weather conditions.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid Driver's License.
• EPA certification is a plus.
