What Will I Do?
As an HVAC Lead Installer, you will:
Install and replace HVAC equipment, including ductwork, attic/vertical splits (gas or heat pump), rooftop package units, and more
Keep your company vehicle in good working order
Ensure proper stock, tools, parts, and safety equipment are maintained in your vehicle
Travel to job sites within the service area, coordinating with dispatch to maintain your schedule and communicate any delays to customers
Design duct systems for maximum comfort and efficiency
Communicate with homeowners to identify any concerns, needs, or opportunities for add-on sales or system replacements
Generate customer invoices and process payments using the company’s pricing program
Take part in company-provided training on the latest industry technologies and customer service best practices
Mentor and coach apprentices and entry-level installers, helping them grow their skills
Do I Have What It Takes?
3+ years of experience with refrigeration, HVAC components (Air Conditioners, Heat Pumps, Furnaces, Air Handlers, Duct Work, Thermostats, etc.), and the ability to diagnose and perform replacements
EPA 608 Certification
Excellent customer service skills with a drive to exceed expectations
