Volpe Service is seeking a motivated, dependable HVAC Installer to join our team. Our work focuses on commercial buildings, apartment-style developments, and select residential projects throughout Northern and Central New Jersey. If you take pride in installing high-quality HVAC systems and want to work for a company that invests in its employees, we'd like to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Install heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and refrigeration systems.
- Install ductwork, piping, equipment, and related components according to plans and specifications.
- Perform equipment start-up and verify proper system operation.
- Read and interpret blueprints and installation drawings.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members.
- Follow all company safety procedures and industry standards.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of HVAC installation experience preferred.
- EPA Certification is a plus.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in varying weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
