We’re hiring an experienced HVAC Installer / Service Technician with at least 4 years of hands-on field experience. We need someone who can do more than install equipment—you should also be comfortable with start-ups, troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, furnaces, and package units
• Perform residential new-construction installations and system change-outs
• Complete HVAC start-ups and commissioning
• Troubleshoot and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform light-commercial installation and service work
• Braze copper using proper nitrogen-purge procedures
• Pressure test, evacuate, leak-check, and charge systems
• Check superheat, subcooling, refrigerant pressures, temperature split, and airflow
• Troubleshoot low- and line-voltage electrical issues
• Test capacitors, contactors, relays, transformers, motors, and compressors
• Read wiring diagrams and equipment schematics
• Install and troubleshoot thermostats and controls
• Install and repair condensate drains and modify ductwork as needed
