About the Role:Cool Air Services Inc is looking for a skilled HVAC Installer/Technician to join our growing team in Boynton Beach, FL! Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on AC units, heat pumps, and air handlers
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide service recommendations
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and time on job
Requirements:- 5+ years of experience in HVAC installation and/or service
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Florida HVAC license or registration preferred
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, ductwork, and electrical components
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
