This includes:Full benefits packageTraining and development opportunitiesPaid vacationCompany-provided vehicle and gas cardCompany phone and iPadProvided uniformsYour schedule will be full-time, with the flexibility and willingness to work on-call weekends and after hours as required, ensuring our customers receive exceptional service whenever they need it most.YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTERAs an HVAC Installer, you will spend your days installing new HVAC systems-including duct work, attic or vertical splits, and rooftop package units-throughout Tucson. You'll pre-measure jobs to determine material needs, receive and load all equipment, and ensure every installation is completed to our high standards. You will properly connect gas lines, fill out precise paperwork, and take thorough readings to guarantee quality and safety. Your company vehicle will stay clean and organized, and you'll work collaboratively with leads and management, sometimes aiding others as needed.
