Oasis Plumbing, Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced Lead Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team in the Chicago area.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish.

• Install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, indoor air quality equipment, and related components.

• Ensure every installation meets manufacturer specifications, local code requirements, and company quality standards.

• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.

• Train and mentor installation helpers and apprentice technicians.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.

• Complete installation paperwork accurately and on time.

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Experience leading residential HVAC installations

• EPA Certification required

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting and installation skills

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work independently while leading a team

• Pride in delivering high-quality workmanship
