What You'll Do

You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality residential HVAC installations while providing an exceptional customer experience by:

• Leading residential HVAC system installations from start to finish
• Installing equipment according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
• Pre-measuring job sites and preparing for successful installations
• Connecting, testing, and verifying system operation and performance
• Troubleshooting installation-related issues as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Communicating professionally with homeowners and team members
• Completing required paperwork and job documentation accurately
• Representing Fire & Ice Heating & Air with professionalism and pride

What We Need From YOU

We're looking for a motivated professional who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering quality results:

• 2+ years of Residential HVAC Installation experience required
• EPA Certification required
• HVAC trade school education or equivalent field experience preferred
• Strong understanding of residential HVAC installation practices
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift and maneuver HVAC equipment safely
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
