We’re looking for a full-time HVAC Lead Installer to join our team. You’ll take the lead on residential heat pump, boiler, and furnace installations, ductwork modifications, and more. We’re not looking for someone who just follows orders—we want a team player who takes ownership and thinks on their feet.
What You’ll Get:

- Monday–Thursday schedule 4 Day Work Week! 7am-5pm Monday-Thursday with Fridays off!!
- Hands-on work with the latest equipment, tools, and tech
- Service Titan and Tablet-based workflow (no paper chaos)

What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years' experience in residential HVAC install/service
- Strong understanding of heat pumps, furnaces, and duct systems
- Clean driving record and EPA certification
- Someone who works clean, communicates well, and takes pride in the craft
Bonus Points If You:
- Know your way around Daikin, Gree, TCL or similar equipment
- Have experience leading small install teams
- Can solder with your eyes closed (okay, not literally)
