HVAC Lead Installer

Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? B&B is looking for a self-motivated individuals with a positive attitude to join our growing HVAC Install team. 

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 + / Hour (uncapped commission)

***Top performers compensation $50+/hour***

What YOU will do as a HVAC Installer:

• Install HVAC equipment according to safety requirements, company standards, and manufacturer specifications
• Pre-measure job sites in order to properly prepare for installation
• Properly connect equipment

What YOU will bring as a HVAC Installer:

• 2-5 Years HVAC Lead installation experience (Required)
• HVAC degree or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid drivers’ license
