Northern One Hour Heating and Air Conditioning is a locally owned and operated franchise representing One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, and Ben Franklin Plumbing& Mister Sparky Electric. We have been serving the Twin Cities Metro area since 1990. Due to continued growth, we are looking add more Maintenance Technicians to add to our team! One Hour specializes in residential HVAC service, maintenance, and installation, and we have an exciting opportunity for the right person to help us grow our HVAC Service Division.

One Hour also provides a competitive compensation plan that includes hourly AND Commission pay, company vehicle, weekly training, tool account plan, monthly spiffs along with a variety of other competitive benefits. Requirements
- Preferably 1+ year as a maintenance technician, or apprentice
- Ability to run maintenance calls
- Mechanically inclined is a plus!
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills
- Positive Attitude and being a team player is a MUST!
- Valid Driver's License with a clean record
- Boiler Experience helpful
- Professional appearance and friendly personality
