Patriot Heating and A/C, a growing residential HVAC & Plumbing provider in Johnson County, KS, is seeking an experienced and motivated

Your Role:- Perform routine preventive maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain HVAC equipment to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Identify potential issues, troubleshoot system concerns, and recommend necessary repairs.
- Check system components, electrical connections, refrigerant levels, filters, and overall equipment operation.
- Help reduce equipment breakdowns and improve system efficiency through thorough maintenance practices.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance performed, equipment conditions, and recommended repairs.
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and industry standards.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For:- HVAC experience, with 3–5+ years preferred.
- Knowledge of residential heating and air conditioning systems, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify equipment issues before they become major problems.
- A dependable, self-motivated work ethic and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Good communication, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- EPA 608 certification preferred.
- Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software preferred.
