HVAC Maintenance Technician

Overview:

Red Cap Plumbing and Air has immediate openings for residential HVAC maintenance techs in the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals to maintain AC units. 

 

MUST HAVE 1 YEAR OF EXPERIENCE!

Responsibilities:

What will I do?

• Perform Equipment Tune-Ups
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC units including electronic and mechanical components while following controls/wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Adjust System Controls
• Do Routine Maintenance on HVAC Systems
• Solder/braze and perform minor field fabrication

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
  • Results driven in a high-energy environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to follow directions and work independently
  • Service Titan experience preferred
