Jobletics by Compunnel is seeking skilled and dependable HVAC Technicians to install, inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate has strong troubleshooting skills and is committed to maintaining safe, comfortable, and energy-efficient building environments.
Job Responsibilities
- Inspect, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
- Troubleshoot HVAC equipment and identify mechanical or electrical issues.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on HVAC units and related equipment.
- Replace or repair defective components, filters, thermostats, and other parts.
- Monitor system performance and ensure equipment operates efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Follow applicable safety standards, building codes, and manufacturer guidelines.
- Report major equipment issues and recommend necessary repairs or replacements.

Qualifications
- Previous HVAC maintenance or technician experience preferred.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Ability to read technical manuals, equipment diagrams, and work instructions.
- Relevant HVAC certification or licensing required where applicable.
- EPA Section 608 certification required for work involving regulated refrigerants, as applicable.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team.
- Ability to stand, climb, bend, and lift equipment or materials as required.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
