HVAC Project Manager / Estimator

Our client company serves commercial, industrial, and public sector clients in MA and NH with full-service HVAC, Plumbing & General Contracting Support. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HVAC Project Manager / Estimator to join our team.This is an amazing opportunity for candidates looking to advance their career in the construction industry with a reputable and growing company. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of public and private commercial construction projects, utilizing their expertise in estimating mechanical trades, evaluating project plans and bid documents, requesting material and equipment quotes from vendors, and completing estimates for submission to owners.

Position Responsibilities:
- Estimating mechanical trades
- HVAC
- Evaluating project plans and bid documents, performing material takeoffs
- Requesting material and equipment quotes from vendors
- Completing estimates and submitting to owners

Position Essential Job Functions:
- At least 5 years of experience with public & private commercial construction projects is required

Position Skills:
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in construction estimating software

Salary: $125,000-$160,000
Benefits: Bonus, full benefits
