HVAC Project Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Estimator / Project Manager to join our construction team. The ideal candidate blends project estimation and field management for HVAC construction projects in the commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors, that can manage complex project timelines, budgets, and coordination with multiple trades.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and submit competitive HVAC construction bids
- Perform project takeoffs, develop budgets, and create bid packages
- Manage manpower, job schedules, and subcontractor coordination
- Handle project submittals, RFIs, and material procurement
- Oversee project execution to ensure completion on time and within budget




- Must have 5+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing project management experience
- Must have estimating experience
- Must have strong written, verbal, and organizational skills
- Must have proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and construction documentation
