HVAC Project Sales Representative
Location: Denver, CO
Job Type: Direct Hire
Pay: $90,000+ Base (DOE) + Uncapped Commission + Car Allowance
Year 1 OTE: $175K+ | Top Performers: $300K–$400K+

About the Role
We're seeking an experienced HVAC Project Sales Representative to manage an established portfolio of commercial customers while identifying new project opportunities. You'll work with building owners, facility managers, and executives to recommend HVAC retrofit, replacement, and system improvement solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing commercial accounts
- Develop HVAC project opportunities
- Meet with decision-makers and present solutions
- Prepare proposals and close projects
- Coordinate with internal project teams
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 5+ years in commercial HVAC or a related field
- Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC systems
- Professional, organized, and relationship-focused
