WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

• Service gas furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, and boilers

• Deliver outstanding customer service on every call

• Present customers with professional repair and replacement options

• Identify replacement opportunities and generate leads for our Comfort Advisors

• Recommend maintenance memberships, indoor air quality solutions, and financing options

• Complete accurate service tickets and job documentation

• Maintain a clean, organized, and properly stocked service vehicle

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 5+ Years of Residential HVAC Service Experience Preferred

• Strong Diagnostic and Troubleshooting Abilities

• Experience with Gas Furnaces, Heat Pumps, Air Conditioning, and Boilers Preferred

• EPA Certification Required

• Valid Driver's License with a Clean Driving Record

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service Skills

• Ability to Work Independently and Solve Problems

• Professional Appearance and a Positive Attitude
