About the Role:Cromwell Energy in Cromwell, CT is looking for a skilled HVAC Technician to join their growing team. Responsibilities:- Install, maintain, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration issues
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment
- Ensure all work meets local codes, safety standards, and manufacturer specifications
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repairs, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory
- Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage daily service calls efficiently
Requirements:- 2+ years of experience in HVAC installation and/or service
- B2, D2 or S2 License required
- EPA 608 Certification required
- CDL license with Hazmat a plus
- Strong knowledge of heating(Oil/NG/LP/Heat Pumps), cooling, and refrigeration systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Professional, customer-friendly demeanor with strong communication skills
