This is a highly communicative role where you'll use your industry expertise to clearly explain repair needs, replacement options, and comfort upgrades that fit the customer's system and desires.You'll build rapport with homeowners, answer questions, and address any concerns preventing them from approving the work. As you meet with prospective clients, you'll document your conversations and track your success rates. You'll follow up on opportunities and ensure the team properly completes the sold work, jumping in as needed to perform boiler and water heater work yourself.HVAC SALES AND SERVICE TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTSYour main focus is selling jobs, not completing them, so sales experience is helpful. Relevant HVAC or industry education is preferred. You'll need to be comfortable speaking with customers, walking through service options, and closing deals.
