As a Residential Sales Manager with us you will direct and lead residential sales strategies for the branch including defining, implementing, and monitoring your sales team’s performance.

Responsibilities:
Meeting or exceeding monthly performance targets and goals as determined by General Manager
Driving revenue and conversion for the division
Acting as a trainer and resource to the sales team in branch products, services, and the residential sales processes
Hiring, training and motivating each sales representative to meet or exceed goals.
Leading weekly sales meetings to discuss strategy, competitive differentiation, selling skills, etc
Meeting with sales management team weekly to present reports
Qualifications:
Requirements
5 years of in-home sales management experience is required.
College degree in a technical field or building science is preferred
Goal-driven and desire to succeed in a metric-driven environment
Must have drive and ability to excel in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment
Strong presentation and customer service skills
Must have strong ethics and work as an effective, collaborative team member
Strong relationship management skills with employees and customers
Strong negotiation skills
Ability to meet sales quotas and deadlines
Computer literacy and familiarity with the internet
Ability to pass criminal background check, drug screen and MVR check (in accordance with the Colorado Chance to Compete Act).
