HVAC Sales Project Manager

Role: HVAC Sales Project ManagerSummary: This role is responsible for selling new installs to customers and managing sold projects until the customer is 100% satisfied.Revenue GenerationWhat winning looks like:Hit sales goals on a consistent basis and provide work for install technicians to complete.What it will take:Take as many customer appointments as possible and sharpen sales skills to sell more projects.Leave an estimate with the customer on every appointment.Use follow up phone calls, emails, and texts to provide a seamless customer experience.Project ManagementWhat winning looks like:Have all jobs completed on time with a happy customer, satisfied technician, and 40%+ gross margin.What it will take:Complete all research, project preparation, and paperwork in a timely manner so that the warehouse, technicians, and dispatch have all the necessary information to complete the project.Inform management of sold projects immediately after the customer's approval.Conduct a follow-up visit after the project is finished to meet with the customer. Make sure they are satisfied with the project and ask for a referral.Lead the Team to SuccessWhat winning looks like:Set an example for all company employees of excellence, success, and work ethic.What it will take:Work with technicians to generate leads, maximize service calls, and provide value to the customer.Be a pioneer for company initiatives and events.The right person for this role will meet the following criteria:Experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and/or Electrical(not required but strongly preferred)Motivated by the ability to make money and uncapped earning potentialA team player in a competitive sales environmentHumbleHungrySmartTraining will be provided for the right candidate
