    Our client, a leading commercial mechanical contractor, is expanding its footprint across the Southeast and seeking a <\/span>driven, well -connected Outside Sales Representative<\/b> <\/span>to join their team. This is a growth -focused role for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships and capturing new business in the commercial HVAC/mechanical services market.
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    We’re looking for a <\/span>networked connector<\/b> <\/span>— someone who knows the players, understands the market, and can get in the door fast. You won’t need to bring a book of business, but you should know where the opportunities are and have the credibility to win them.<\/span><\/span>

    Key Responsibilities<\/b>
    <\/span><\/span><\/p>

    • Develop and grow relationships with facility managers, property managers, GCs, and decision -makers across your territory.
      <\/li>
    • Identify and secure opportunities for HVAC service contracts, retrofits, replacements, and related mechanical projects.
      <\/li>
    • Leverage your existing industry network to open doors and build trust quickly.
      <\/li>
    • Manage your pipeline, forecast sales, and coordinate closely with operations teams to deliver client solutions.
      <\/li>
    • Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
      <\/li>
    • Use <\/span>Salesforce<\/b> <\/span>and <\/span>ZoomInfo<\/b> <\/span>for lead tracking and territory management.

        • Industry Network:<\/b> <\/span>Well -connected in one or more of the following markets: Savannah/Jacksonville/Charleston, Atlanta, Nashville, or Chattanooga.
          <\/li>
        • Hunter Mentality:<\/b> <\/span>A proactive, competitive salesperson who thrives on winning new business.

        • Strong Communicator:<\/b> <\/span>Skilled at building trust and closing deals with decision -makers.
          <\/li>
