Our client, a leading commercial mechanical contractor, is expanding its footprint across the Southeast and seeking a <\/span>driven, well -connected Outside Sales Representative<\/b> <\/span>to join their team. This is a growth -focused role for a sales professional who thrives on building relationships and capturing new business in the commercial HVAC/mechanical services market.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>
<\/span><\/span><\/p>- Develop and grow relationships with facility managers, property managers, GCs, and decision -makers across your territory.
<\/li> - Identify and secure opportunities for HVAC service contracts, retrofits, replacements, and related mechanical projects.
<\/li> - Leverage your existing industry network to open doors and build trust quickly.
<\/li> - Manage your pipeline, forecast sales, and coordinate closely with operations teams to deliver client solutions.
<\/li> - Represent the company at client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities.
<\/li> - Use <\/span>Salesforce<\/b> <\/span>and <\/span>ZoomInfo<\/b> <\/span>for lead tracking and territory management.
