HVAC Service Dispatcher | $25.00 - $28.00 per hourWork Schedule: Monday through FridayWork Hours: 7:30am to 4:30pmLocal Residential HVAC contractor is looking for a Service Dispatcher. This position is the initial contact with our customers and plays a vital role in providing administrative supportPosition Overview: Answering incoming callsSchedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are receivedCreate dispatch ticket for all service callsDispatch techniciansMaintain the dispatch board / scheduleForecast workload for 2 - 3 days outContact customers with a "Parts Pending" status as parts are received for schedulingFollow up on all pending and recommended work with customers utilizing the pending work logMaintain the maintenance agreements, scheduling, database information, customer hard files and renewalsOrder parts for special ordersUpdate customer files as information is received from installation.
