This role ensures timely response to customer requests, efficient routing of technicians, and accurate communication between customers, technicians, and internal teams. The dispatcher manages incoming calls, prioritizes work based on urgency, updates job statuses in the system, and supports the maintenance department in delivering exceptional customer service.
