HVAC Service Dispatcher
Location: St. Louis, MO | Full-Time

We’re working with a well-established mechanical contractor in the St. Louis area that’s looking to add a Service Dispatcher to their team.

This is a key role supporting daily operations, keeping technicians scheduled, and making sure service calls are handled efficiently from start to finish.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service calls and installs
• Coordinate daily service operations to keep jobs moving efficiently
• Track technician progress and keep customers updated on status
• Adjust schedules in real time based on urgency and availability
• Coordinate parts and equipment deliveries to job sites as needed
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, notes, and reports
• Support invoicing, data entry, and general service admin tasks
• Handle service-related inquiries and help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly

What They’re Looking For:
• Experience in dispatching within HVAC or mechanical service
• Strong understanding of service scheduling and field operations
• Ability to stay organized and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication skills with both field teams and customers
• Comfortable using scheduling software and standard computer systems
• Someone who can handle pressure and keep things moving without dropping details
