We are currently seeking a Residential HVAC Service Maintenance Technician who takes pride in delivering preventative care, system performance, and exceptional customer service. This role focuses on residential HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and system health while helping homeowners extend equipment life and maintain year-round comfort.

What You’ll Do

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on residential HVAC systems

• Identify system inefficiencies, wear, or potential failures, and communicate findings clearly to homeowners

• Make minor repairs and adjustments to ensure optimal system performance

• Educate customers on proper system operation, maintenance plans, and energy efficiency

• Accurately document service findings, recommendations, and completed work

• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

• Work independently while adhering to company quality, safety, and customer service standards

Requirements

• Minimum HVAC service or maintenance experience as defined by company standards (confirmed during screening)

• No specific license required at time of posting; licensing status verified during screening

• Strong troubleshooting skills and working knowledge of residential HVAC systems

• Ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety expectations

• Professional attitude with a strong focus on customer service and communication

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check

• Ability to lift equipment and perform standard HVAC service physical tasks

• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, and perform daily fieldwork requirements
