Cooper’s Plumbing & Air is looking for an experienced, motivated HVAC Service Manager / Field Supervisor to lead our service team, drive revenue, develop technicians, and deliver exceptional customer service.
We’re looking for someone who leads by example, thrives on accountability, and knows how to build a winning team!

What You'll Do
- Lead daily HVAC service operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability.
- Recruit, coach, train, and develop high-performing technicians.
- Drive revenue by monitoring KPIs, sales performance, conversion rates, and technician-generated leads.
- Manage labor, materials, staffing, and expenses to meet financial goals.
- Conduct ride-alongs, one-on-one coaching, and weekly technical and sales training.
- Develop and enforce processes, procedures, and accountability standards.
- Collaborate with department leaders and dispatch to maximize service opportunities.
- Resolve customer, employee, and operational challenges professionally.
- Maintain a positive, safety-focused, results-driven team environment.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 5+ years of management experience in HVAC, skilled trades, or a related industry.
- Proven success in leadership, team development, sales, and operations.
- Strong understanding of KPIs, budgeting, profitability, and inventory management.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with technology; ServiceTitan experience preferred.
- Ability to motivate employees, hold teams accountable, and lead by example.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass background and drug screenings.
