Make sure that the Service Technician details the invoice in a thorough manner so the customer understands the service rendered and that the problem was taken care ofProvide one-on-one training for Technicians needing assistanceHold accountable all Technicians for hitting KRA/KPI's daily, weekly, monthly, yearlyProvide technical support by phone or on the jobProvide technical training when necessaryRespond to customer complaints/concernsHold Technicians accountable for proper paperwork and follow-upEnsure the assigned Technician is following our stated policies and procedures, giving instruction and direction to coworkers as requiredChange or make new company policies for the service department with the Owner/ General Manager's approvalEnsure company property, vehicles, and tools are being used, maintained, and accounted for properly and timelyPrepare Technician performance reviews (as directed) and deliver review to the General Manager on a timely basisCandidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
