HVAC Service Sales Representative

Houston, TX | Full Time, Permanent | $80,000 to $110,000 base plus commission

About the Company

gpac partners with commercial HVAC service contractors in the Houston market that provide maintenance, repair, retrofit and controls work for commercial, healthcare, institutional and industrial customers.

About the Role

The Service Sales Representative grows new commercial service business, selling maintenance agreements, retrofits, controls upgrades and equipment replacements.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and close new commercial service customers

• Sell planned maintenance agreements, controls upgrades, retrofits and equipment replacements

• Build and manage a pipeline of service opportunities

• Maintain relationships with facility managers and building owners

• Coordinate with service operations to deliver on what is sold

Required

• Commercial HVAC or mechanical service sales experience

• Proven ability to generate new business and close

• Strong negotiation and relationship building skills

Preferred

• CRM discipline and pipeline reporting

• Technical HVAC background

Compensation and Benefits

• $80,000 to $110,000 base, plus commission
