Role Overview:

Bell Brothers is growing — and we’re excited to offer flexible scheduling options designed with both our customers and our technicians in mind. We’re looking for experienced, customer-focused HVAC Service Technicians who want great pay, work-life balance, and a company that truly supports them.

What We Offer

• Flexible scheduling — choose four 10-hour shifts or five 8-hour shifts

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Deliver excellent customer service and explain findings to homeowners
• Ensure all work meets company, safety, and industry standards
• Complete accurate documentation and service reports

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to quality
