 The Pay

• Most of our Service Techs earn between $80,000-$110,000 per year. Top techs earn 130,000+
• Pay structure: hourly base dependent on experience level plus commission/spiffs
• Overtime opportunity
• 40+ hours per week with longer weeks in peak season

The Work

• Conversate with customers about issues going on with their equipment and provide solutions
• Diagnose and repair AC units, furnaces, heat pumps, ductless mini-splits, and thermostats, plus residential geothermal
• Review upgrade, repair, and new system pricing options with customers based on their needs
• Handle maintenance visits and repair calls
• Use ServiceTitan to log customer notes

What You Bring

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
• EPA 608 certification preferred
• High School Diploma
• A valid driver's license and a clean record
• Good troubleshooting skills and a professional attitude with customers
