What you get:- Company van
- Health benefits and paid time off
- Steady year-round work — residential and light commercial
- Overtime available and on-call rotation
What you'll do:- Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, and ventilation issues
- Run preventative maintenance and service agreement visits
- Talk straight with customers about what's wrong and what it takes to fix it
- Present repair vs. replace options and maintenance plans — and close the sale

- Your own basic HVAC tools
- Solid diagnostic skills — mechanical and electrical
- Proven sales skills — you can explain options and close without being pushy
