HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service Technician will perform repair and installation services on commercial HVAC equipment.

Responsibilities include:

- Install HVAC systems and components based on blueprints, specifications, and wiring diagrams

- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning, adjusting, and lubricating equipment

- Repair or replace defective parts, such as compressors, pumps, valves, and motors

- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults

- Perform emergency repairs as needed

- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time spent and materials used

- Perform energy-efficiency upgrades

- Ensure compliance with safety measures and OSHA standards




Requirements:

- 1+ years of experience in commercial HVAC service

- Experience with HVAC controls systems

- Troubleshooting and repair of HVAC split system and package unit experience

Preferences:

- Refrigeration equipment experience

- Boiler experience

- EPA Universal Certification and OSHA 10 or 30 certification
