What You'll Earn

• $30.00 - $42.00 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Some weekends and overtime as needed)

Position Summary You will provide professional maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair on residential heating and air conditioning systems to company standards, while delivering an outstanding customer experience on every call.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• Familiarity with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques
• Experience making repair vs. replace recommendations
• Advanced customer service skills
• Willingness to take on responsibility and leadership roles
• Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques

Desired Qualifications

• Universal EPA Certification
• 4+ years of HVAC service experience
• Insurable driving record
• Service Titan experience a plus
• Own set of tools
