We are currently hiring an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems for residential and/or commercial customers. This role ensures systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues including electrical, mechanical, and refrigerant components
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systems
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenance
• Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices
• Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance
• Provide advice and guidance to customers on energy-saving tips, system upgrades, and maintenance best practices
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goals
• Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Ensure all work is completed to code and meets quality standards

Requirements

• 4+ years of HVAC service experience
• Mech 4 license preferred
• Valid EPA Certification required
• NATE certified preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installations
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license
• Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements.
