The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in their work, values customer service, and is looking for strong earning potential with consistent, year-round work.
Compensation & Benefits
$50k-$150k/year (hourly base + uncapped commission)
Top techs consistently earn $55+/hr

What You Will Do
Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
Deliver high-quality customer service and communicate clearly with homeowners
Work closely with dispatch and team members to complete jobs efficiently
Follow all safety procedures and company standards
Participate in ongoing training and development
What YOU Will Bring
2+ years of residential HVAC service experience
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused mindset and professional communication
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Dependable, team-oriented attitude with pride in your work
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to work in confined spaces (attics, crawl spaces, basements)
Frequent bending, kneeling, and standing
Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor conditions
