What You'll DoInstall, test, maintain, and repair rental equipment both in-house and at customer sites.Diagnose technical issues and resolve them efficiently-or collaborate with team experts when needed.Deliver hands-on customer support, including training users on proper equipment care.Maintain accurate service records using modern tools and systems.Travel to customer sites, support on-call rotations, and adapt to seasonal overtime as needed.Always put safety first-on the road, in the shop, and on customer sites.
