HVAC Service Technician

HVAC Service Technician | Fruitland Park, FL | Full Time | $25 to $30 per hour

You will spend your day in customers' homes, diagnosing and repairing heating and cooling equipment, and leaving people more comfortable than you found them. Our technicians are trusted to make the call in the field, and they are backed by a dispatch team and a shop that keeps them stocked and moving.

 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems

Perform system tune-ups and indoor air quality work

Explain findings and options to homeowners in plain language

Keep accurate service records and maintain your truck stock

Take a rotating share of on-call coverage

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

EPA certification

Two or more years of residential HVAC service experience

Solid diagnostic instincts and a willingness to keep learning

A valid driver's license and a clean driving record

Comfort talking with homeowners and setting clear expectations

 

SCHEDULE

Monday through Friday, 40 plus hours per week, with some on-call rotation.

 

COMPENSATION

$25 to $30 per hour depending on experience, plus raises tied to further education and certifications.
