We're looking for an experienced, knowledgeable, and dependable
HVAC Service Technician / Installer who takes pride in their work, has strong troubleshooting skills, and can work efficiently and independently.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential heating and air conditioning systems.
- Perform residential HVAC equipment installations, including furnaces, air conditioners, and indoor air quality equipment.
- Service, troubleshoot, repair, and install PTAC (Packaged Terminal Air Conditioner) equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections.
- Identify equipment problems accurately and complete repairs efficiently without sacrificing quality.
- Provide customers with clear explanations of equipment issues, recommended repairs, and available options.
- Prepare accurate estimates for repairs and equipment replacements.
- Manage daily service calls efficiently and maintain productivity throughout the workday.
- Maintain proper inventory and organization of service vehicle, tools, and equipment.
- Complete service documentation accurately using company software.
- Follow company safety policies and procedures.
- Assist with other company operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential HVAC service and installation experience (HVAC school does not count toward the 5 years).
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- Experience with residential HVAC equipment installation.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Experience with PTAC equipment is a plus, but willingness to learn and work on PTAC systems is required.
- EPA Certification required; NATE Certification is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, computers, and HVAC service software.
- Physically capable of performing HVAC service and installation work, including lifting and moving equipment.
- Ability to communicate clearly with customers and coworkers.
- Ability to pass drug testing.
