About the Role

We are hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians to run residential calls across the Kalispell and Missoula service areas. Dispatched straight from home in a fully equipped company vehicle, you will handle 4 to 6 calls a day, diagnose systems, and present transparent options to homeowners. High performers have a clear track to step into leadership roles (which we are looking to fill soon) such as Lead Tech, Service Manager, or Sales Manager.

Core Responsibilities

• Independently perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on residential and light commercial systems.

• Run 4–6 service calls daily with high efficiency and top-tier workmanship.

• Use ServiceTitan on your iPad to present transparent options and IAQ solutions directly to homeowners.

• Hand off replacement sales opportunities to Home Comfort Designers for a 4% commission on gross system sales.

• Service primary routes in Kalispell with scheduled rotation and flexibility into secondary growth markets like Missoula.

Requirements & Experience

• Experience: 2+ years running residential service calls independently.

• Certifications: EPA certification required. Valid driver’s license with a clean record (MVR check required).

• Location: Currently living within the Kalispell or Missoula commuting areas, OR actively planning relocation (with up to $5,000 relocation stipend available).

• Technical Skill: Experience with heat pumps, mini-splits, and standard residential systems.

• Preferred: Prior ServiceTitan/CRM experience.
