Job Summary
As a Senior Technician, you will be the face of our Naperville branch, performing expert-level service, repair, and maintenance on HVAC systems within residential and light commercial settings. You aren't just fixing machines; you’re restoring comfort and safety to our neighbors' homes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Expert Diagnostics: Troubleshoot complex malfunctions and determine the most efficient, cost-effective repair paths.
  • System Maintenance: Perform precision tune-ups to extend the life of client equipment.
  • The "One Hour" Standard: Maintain a pristine work area, wear floor savers in every home, and leave every job site cleaner than you found it.
  • Brand Ambassadorship: Drive and maintain a company vehicle that reflects our high standards—clean inside and out.
  • Safety First: Maintain a safety-conscious mindset on the tools and behind the wheel.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience: 10+ years of dedicated HVAC service experience is required.
  • Credentials: High school diploma (or equivalent) and NATE Certification.
  • Communication: Ability to explain technical issues to homeowners in plain English.
  • Reliability: A clean driving record and the ability to pass a background check/drug screen.
  • Character: A commitment to punctuality and the "Always On Time Or You Don't Pay A Dime®" promise.
Compensation: $40.00 per hour

Each franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee. Your application will go directly to the franchisee, and all hiring decisions will be made by the management of this franchisee.
