What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be out in the field, handling service, repairs, and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. From troubleshooting to tune-ups, you’ll be the one making sure everything runs smooth.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Service, maintain, and repair residential/light commercial HVAC systems
- Diagnose system issues and figure out what needs fixing
- Keep your work area clean—nobody likes a mess, right?
- Stay sharp with safety, both on the job and while driving
- Rock those floor savers in customers' homes (we respect their space)
- Keep your company ride clean, inside and out
What You Bring to the Table:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hands-on HVAC experience—you know your stuff
- NATE certification? Big bonus if you’ve got it
- Solid communication and technical skills
- Able to pass a background check and drug screening
- Clean driving record
