We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Tech who can hit the ground running from day one. If you're ready for strong pay, real benefits, and the independence of being home-dispatched, this is your role.

What We Provide

Specialized equipment (e.g., recovery machines) — just bring your own basic hand tools

Schedule: 8-10 Hour Days Pending Calls
On-call rotating schedule: Once a month

What We're Looking For
4+ years of Residential HVAC experience — able to hit the ground running
Experience working on commercial kitchen equipment and appliances
Servicing, troubleshooting and repairing standard Residential HVAC Systems
Comfortable running heating and cooling service calls and basic replacements
Able to diagnose electrical problems and understands refrigeration circuits
Physically able to handle tasks like roping compressors to roofs
Comfortable learning Midlothian HVAC service platform and documenting jobs with photos
Strong team player who works well independently and collaboratively
