Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician who can do more than diagnose and repair equipment. We want someone who knows how to run a great residential service call from start to finish-build trust, find the right solutions, present options, close the work, and take care of the customer.

NO ON-CALL. Take-home vehicle. Paid training. Strong earning potential.

What Youll Do

• Run residential HVAC service and repair calls

• Diagnose system issues and identify additional customer needs

• Build trust and clearly explain your findings to homeowners

• Present multiple repair, upgrade, and replacement options

• Discuss pricing and financing and confidently overcome objections

• Close opportunities and perform approved repairs

• Follow Bardis service process and deliver a great customer experience

What Were Looking For

• 2+ years of HVAC service experience

• Residential service experience strongly preferred

• EPA certification required

• Strong technical troubleshooting and repair skills

• Comfortable discussing options, pricing, and financing with homeowners

• Sales-minded, motivated, and driven to produce

• Coachable and willing to follow a proven service process

• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
