$25.00-$35.00 Per hour while training. Our average HVC Service Technician makes over $150,000 per year!

We need someone who can help us build the HVAC division from the ground up—a technician who delivers exceptional service, generates revenue ethically, creates lifelong customers, and becomes the face of our HVAC business in the community.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Build trust with homeowners through outstanding customer service
• Present repair and replacement options professionally and ethically
• Generate revenue through strong technical expertise and customer education
• Maintain high close rates and average ticket performance
• Create lifelong customers and referrals through exceptional experiences
• Document all work accurately and completely
• Represent the Sergeants brand with professionalism and integrity

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience preferred
• Proven track record of revenue generation and performance
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude and outgoing personality
• Ability to explain technical information in a way homeowners understand
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Desire to help grow a new department and make a lasting impact
