HVAC Service Technician

We're looking for an experienced Residential HVAC Service Technician who enjoys troubleshooting, takes pride in quality workmanship, and wants to be part of a company that values its people as much as its customers.

What You'll Do
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot gas furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and basic electrical systems
- Accurately diagnose equipment before recommending repairs or replacement
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Explain repair options to homeowners in a professional, easy-to-understand manner
- Complete service documentation using ServiceTitan
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every call
- Follow all company safety standards and industry best practices
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience servicing gas furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps
- Comfortable using electrical meters, manometers, refrigerant gauges, and combustion analyzers
- Ability to diagnose systems before replacing parts
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work independently while representing the company professionally
Preferred Qualifications
- NATE Certification
- Experience with inverter-driven HVAC systems
- Experience using MeasureQuick or similar diagnostic software
- ServiceTitan experience
- Boiler service experience
