Following all company guidelines and safety standards, you'll travel to customers' homes, diagnose issues with their heating and air conditioning systems, and make timely repairs. You'll repair air conditioning units, heat pumps, indoor air quality equipment, and more, as well as perform preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups. You'll communicate with homeowners, educate them on service/replacement options and proper equipment usage, and maintain digital job records.
