HVAC Service Technician (Commercial / Industrial )
Bucks County, PA
Hourly Rate: $30.00-$40.00
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
- Test and record electrical, pneumatic, and gas systems.
- Test and record liquid systems.
- Perform repairs in accordance with local building codes and TMS policies.
- Maintain accurate logs of work performed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HVAC technician
- 5 years of experience in HVAC service or repair.
- Strong knowledge of air conditioning and heating systems
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with HVAC codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent technical skills with the ability to interpret mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and water systems.
- Ability to pass a background check.
