What You'll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential and commercial HVAC systems.

• Perform inspections and service work to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently.

• Complete assigned service calls in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality workmanship and minimizing callbacks.

• Communicate professionally with customers, explaining system issues, recommended repairs, and maintenance needs.

• Identify and recommend HVAC repairs, upgrades, or additional services based on customer needs.

• Ensure all service work meets applicable building codes, safety requirements, and company standards.

• Maintain accurate service records, including work performed, parts used, and recommendations.

• Manage tools, equipment, and service inventory to ensure readiness for daily service calls.

• Collaborate with service coordinators, managers, and fellow technicians to resolve complex issues and maintain efficient scheduling.

• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with HVAC technology and industry best practices.

• Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas at each customer location.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman HVAC license.

• Experience diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls throughout the day.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Commitment to safety, quality workmanship, and professionalism.

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in varying field conditions.

Preferred Qualifications (Not Required)

• 3+ years of HVAC service experience.

• Experience servicing both residential and commercial HVAC systems.

• Familiarity with a variety of HVAC equipment, controls, and diagnostic tools.

Compensation & Opportunity
